How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment and technology providers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention providers, and government or legal authorities when reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, reorganization, or similar business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide the storefront, checkout, payment, security, and related commerce services. Shopify’s own consumer privacy disclosures may apply to its processing. Store settings and Shopify services can change, so this policy should be reviewed when features or apps are added.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to our operations.
