Payment Policy

This policy explains available payment methods, currency, authorization, charges, and taxes.

Accepted Payment Methods

Subject to availability at checkout, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Currency and Charges

All prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is authorized and charged when you place or confirm your order at checkout. A payment provider may display a temporary authorization or pending charge. Your bank or payment provider controls how and when that entry appears.

Payment Verification

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be authorized, information is incomplete, or fraud screening requires review. We may request reasonable verification but will not ask you to send a full payment-card number by email.

Taxes

Displayed product prices do not include sales tax unless the site expressly states otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on the order and destination. Customers are responsible for any tax that applicable law requires them to pay.

Installments, Gift Cards, and Discounts

Zymbrax does not currently offer installment payments or gift cards. We do not currently designate products as “Final Sale.” Any future discount or promotion will be governed by the terms displayed with that offer and cannot be applied retroactively unless stated otherwise.

Failed, Duplicate, or Unauthorized Charges

If a payment fails, verify your billing information or contact your payment provider. If you believe you were charged twice or did not authorize a charge, contact support@zymbrax.com promptly with your order number and non-sensitive transaction details.
